Unleash “Self-Awareness” & Bring On Effective Leadership!

The art of how leaders make decisions has been the subject of academic studies for years.  The myriad of leadership studies all have the following in common:  Much of what affects the decisions we make, occurs at a very deep sub-conscious level.  This explains why the Harvard Business Review (February 2007) rated “self-awareness” the most important capability for leaders to develop.

  4. Numerous studies have demonstrated the return on investment that Leadership Coaching provides an organization!

By providing objective feedback and self-assessment opportunities, a Leadership Coach heightens the leader’s level of “self-awareness”.    What does a “self-aware” leader look like?

  • A leader who is aware of their strengths knows how to leverage them for the benefit of the company.
